Medavie is seeking a Team Lead, Payroll to guide our payroll operations across multiple operating companies from our Dartmouth office. You will lead a team of Payroll Administrators, ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely pay, and partner with HR, Finance, Advantages, Pension, HRIS, and Operations. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, with opportunities to drive process improvements, support Workday enhancements, and contribute to audits and year-end activities.
