Your challenges ?

The role involves the following tasks and responsibilities :

- Hardware Design : Architect and design electronic circuits (analog, digital, and low-power) for building automation, power distribution, or industrial control systems.
- PCB Layout & Documentation : Develop schematics, layout printed circuit boards (PCBs), and generate BOMs using industry-standard E-CAD tools (e.g., Cadence).
- Testing & Validation : Plan and execute lab validation. Perform prototype bring-up, bench debugging, and functional/parametric testing using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and data loggers.
- Compliance & Reliability : Ensure hardware designs meet industry regulatory standards (EMC/EMI, safety compliance, UL/IEC).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with firmware, mechanical, and systems engineers to define product architectures and transition products into mass production.
- Root Cause Analysis : Perform systematic debugging and root cause analysis for any hardware or component issues during the development or lifecycle phases.

What do we expect from you ? The minimum required skills necessary for this role :

- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related IT technical field ;
- 3+ years of professional experience in electronic hardware design, development, and testing ;
- Hands-on experience with schematic capture and PCB layout (Cadence/OrCAD/Allegro) ;
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities using standard lab test equipment ;
- Familiarity with microcontrollers, sensor integration, power electronics, and Design for Manufacturing/Testability (DFM/DFT) is highly advantageous.
