We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Chinese traditional skilled Pedicurist to join our vibrant team! Duties

- Perform professional Chinese traditional pedicure treatments, including nail shaping, cuticle care, exfoliation, massage, and polish application to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools and workstations after each service.
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable nail or foot care solutions.
- Upsell additional services such as body waxing or retail products to enhance the client experience and increase sales.
- Deliver excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere, listening attentively, and addressing client questions or concerns.




- Promote retail sales of nail care products and skincare items to support clients’ ongoing beauty routines.
- Follow all health and safety regulations diligently to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.

Requirements

- Proven experience in nail care, Chinese traditional pedicure treatments, or related beauty services.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols and commitment to maintaining a hygienic workspace.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect positively with diverse clients.
- Ability to perform body waxing services as needed (nice-to-have).
- Demonstrated upselling skills to recommend additional services or retail products effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Retail sales experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for product promotion.
