Position Summary

As a member of our foot and nail care team, you will provide professional aesthetic services while creating an exceptional experience for every client.

The successful candidate will receive paid training in our specialized service model, procedures, documentation standards, client communication, products and systems.

Minimum Qualification

Previous hands-on experience safely using an electric file (e-file) to perform pedicure or nail services is required. Applications without professional e-file experience will not be considered.

Positions and Schedules

Part-Time

- 25 hours per week
- Monday through Friday
- 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Full-Time
- Monday through Friday, with the possibility of working one weekend day

Responsibilities
- Provide professional aesthetic foot and nail care services in accordance with company procedures and safety standards.
- Deliver warm, attentive and professional client care.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients.
- Educate clients about appropriate home care and retail products.
- Maintain detailed, accurate and timely records of every client appointment, including services performed, relevant observations, products used and recommended follow-up.
- Reprocess instruments according to established procedures.
- Follow all cleaning, sanitation and infection-prevention protocols.
- Prepare, clean and restock service areas.
- Support inventory, laundry, housekeeping and other shared studio responsibilities.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications
- Previous hands-on experience safely using an electric file for pedicure or nail services.
- Education, training or practical experience in pedicures, nail technology or aesthetic foot care.
- Robust spoken and written English communication skills are required to communicate clearly with clients and maintain detailed, accurate appointment records.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base hourly wage plus commission.
- Estimated gross annual compensation of $36,725.04–$87,362.14, depending on part-time or full-time status, individual service revenue and applicable commission earnings.
- Paid specialized training with a base-wage guarantee.

Actual earnings within the advertised range will depend on hours worked, service revenue generated and commission eligibility and are not guaranteed.
