Title: Penetration Testing PM

Location: Toronto, ON

Duration: 6 Months

Role: We are seeking a Penetration Testing Program Manager to oversee the execution and compliance of an enterprise-wide penetration testing program, ensuring timely delivery, regulatory alignment, vendor performance, and effective risk management.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee 250+ annual penetration tests from planning through completion.
- Monitor deadlines, compliance, vendor performance, and program controls.
- Manage vendor relationships, escalations, risks, and stakeholder communications.
- Maintain audit evidence, process documentation, and program controls.
- Prepare bi-weekly program health, risk, and performance reports for leadership.

Must-Have:

- 3+ years in cybersecurity program management, security testing, or vulnerability management.
- Experience with NIST, ISO 27001 ,



or similar regulatory/control frameworks.
- Strong vendor, stakeholder, risk, and escalation management skills.
- Experience with process documentation, KPIs, and senior-level reporting.

Nice to Have CISSP, CCSP, CRISC, CIAM, ITIL, PMP | Financial Services experience | Penetration testing knowledge | Jira/Agile experience.
