In this position, you will oversee water transfer operations and ensure high-quality results through effective leadership and teamwork. With over 5 years of experience in pumping and supervisory roles, you'll manage field operations, enhance customer engagement, and promote safety initiatives across all levels of the team.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead project planning and scoping for operations • Supervise and ensure safety in water transfer operations • Act as main contact for client engagement and service • Oversee equipment setup and teardown in the field • Ensure optimal equipment performance through inspections

Requirements: • Minimum 5 years in pumping operations in oil & gas • 5+ years of supervisory leadership experience • Strong understanding of field equipment and troubleshooting • Excellent collaboration and organizational skills • Proficient in MS Office tools for documentation
