In this role, you will assess petitions, interpret university guidelines, and interact with students seeking academic relief. By utilizing your four-plus years of relevant experience, you'll contribute to decision-making processes, counsel on alternatives, and maintain a master list of students managing deferred exams. Your communication and organizational skills will support effective committee operations as well.

Key Responsibilities:



• Interpret and manage student petitions and appeals • Write confidential decisions based on assessments • Create and maintain student lists for deferred examinations • Advise on interpretation of rules and policies • Provide support and referrals to distressed students

Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience • Four years experience in student support • Robust knowledge of the Freedom of Information Act • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and ROSI • Demonstrated skills in customer service and relationship management
