Duties

- Engage with prospective and existing clients and cater to their needs.
- Provide personalized insurance consultations to identify client needs and recommend suitable personal lines coverage options such as auto, home, renters, and umbrella policies
- Conduct thorough analysis of client information to develop customized insurance solutions that optimize coverage and affordability
- Manage sales administration tasks efficiently, including quoting, policy processing, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Maintain excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues effectively, and providing ongoing support to retain clients
- Collaborate with team members to develop bilingual (English, Hindi, Punjabi) communication approaches that enhance outreach and client engagement

Skills





- Proven experience in personal lines insurance sales and servicing with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Robust communication skills with the ability to negotiate confidently and build rapport with diverse clients
- Multilingual proficiency in English and Hindi/Punjabi to serve a broader customer base effectively
- Excellent analysis skills for assessing client needs and tailoring insurance solutions accordingly
- Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship management
- Familiarity with sales administration processes including quoting systems, policy documentation, and CRM tools
- Working experience on EPIC/TAM/Broker management system.
- Working experience on Insurer portals.
- Level 1 or 2 licensed in Alberta
