RequirementsRequirementsThe AI Risk Management and Governance team oversees the development, deployment and use of analytical, algorithmic and artificial intelligence models. Our goal is to maximize the value of data while ensuring it's used ethically, responsibly and securely for the benefit of our members and clients. As Senior AI Governance Methodology Advisor, you will be responsible for designing, maintaining and developing the operational governance framework for AI systems. You will transform governance, risk management, compliance, internal control and responsible AI requirements into easy, consistent mechanisms that can be applied at scale. More specifically, you will be required to:Define, maintain and develop the target operating model for AI systems governanceDesign applicable governance pathways according to the different types of AI systems, risk levels, and contexts of useDevelop and maintain policies, directives, standards, procedures, minimum requirements and management rules applicable to AI initiativesDevelop and maintain governance patterns, questionnaires, analysis grids, document templates and routing criteriaDefine control mechanisms, monitoring requirements and indicators for tracking the AI systems portfolioProduce and maintain practical guides, templates, quick references, decision sheets and methodological tools to support the application of the frameworkContribute to the continuous improvement of the framework based on monitoring activities, audits, incidents, exceptions and observed issuesSupport governance teams, specialized experts and business sectors in the interpretation and application of requirementsMonitor best practices, regulatory frameworks and emerging trends in AI governanceFormulate recommendations to simplify, standardize and make the AI governance framework more effectiveThe AI Risk Management and Governance team oversees the development, deployment and use of analytical, algorithmic and artificial intelligence models.
