Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with job cost tracking and budgeting in Yardi
• Code and review invoices for accuracy and compliance
• Prepare reports for monthly, quarterly,



and annual closures
• Support cash management and funding requests
• Help maintain sales deposit records and closing books
Requirements:
• Interest in pursuing CPA designation
• Up to 1 year of relevant accounting experience
• Proficient in Yardi Voyager, Excel, and Office suite
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with a team-oriented mindset
