What You'll Do

- Perform clinical and technical checks and accurately fill prescriptions within established workflow procedures.
- Counsel patients on new therapies, ensuring understanding and comfort with their medications.
- Respond to inquiries from patients and prescribers, resolving drug therapy concerns as they arise.
- Maintain accurate patient profiles and records in accordance with privacy legislation and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate closely with pharmacists, registered technicians, and assistants to support smooth, efficient daily operations.
- Support coordination between order entry, dispensing,



and shipping to keep turnaround times on track.
- Ensure full compliance with OCP standards of practice and NAPRA guidelines.

What We're Looking For

- Licensing: Part A licensed with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP), in good standing.
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (B.Sc.Phm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience; mail-order or high-volume setting preferred.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Kroll and comfort with pharmacy IT systems and digital tools.
- Detail-Oriented: Accuracy in prescription preparation, labelling, and documentation is essential.
- Team Player: Self-motivated and able to work independently or collaboratively with the team.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
