Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for dispensing medications accurately, providing expert patient care, and ensuring compliance with medical regulations. Your expertise will help improve patient outcomes through precise medication management and compassionate support.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives while working in a dynamic healthcare environment. This is a new pharmacy using Fillware, opening inside a mall and will start with very low prescription count. The assistant will be hired by the pharmacist once we have finalized the pharmacist selection.

Duties

- Dispense prescription medications accurately while verifying dosage and patient information
- Provide expert advice to patients and healthcare professionals regarding medication usage, side effects, and interactions
- Collaborate with medical staff to develop and review treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and regulatory standards related to pharmacy operations
- Maintain detailed records of medication dispensation, patient interactions, and inventory management




- Educate patients on proper medication administration techniques and health management strategies
- Monitor patient responses to medications and report adverse reactions or concerns promptly

Skills

- Experience in Fillware.
- Proven experience working in hospital settings with a focus on acute care environments
- Solid background in pediatrics and patient-centered care practices
- Excellent knowledge of medical terminology and pharmaceutical calculations
- Skilled in medication administration procedures across diverse clinical scenarios
- Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams and patients
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Pay: $50.00-$55.00 per hour
