Data Entry Specialist – Pharmacy / Long-Term Care

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team, supporting pharmacy operations within a nursing home or long-term care workplace. Experience with Kroll software and eMAR systems is essential for success in this role.

You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely data entry of medication orders, maintaining patient records, and supporting pharmacists and healthcare staff in delivering quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter prescription and patient data accurately into Kroll pharmacy software.
- Update and maintain electronic Medication Administration Records (eMAR).
- Ensure timely processing of medication orders for nursing home residents.
- Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy.
- Collaborate with pharmacists, nurses, and facility staff to resolve discrepancies.




- Maintain confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience using Kroll pharmacy software is required.
- Familiarity with eMAR systems in a nursing home or long-term care setting.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with healthcare teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
