Thornlea Pharmacy is looking for an experienced and friendly Pharmacy Assistant to join our team! We use Fillware pharmacy management software. If you have previous pharmacy experience and enjoy helping people, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the pharmacist with prescription processing and dispensing
- Enter prescriptions and patient information into Fillware
- Answer phones and greet customers in a warm, professional manner
- Manage inventory, restock shelves, and check for expired medications
- Process payments and handle insurance billing
- Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment
- Protect patient privacy and confidentiality at all times

Qualifications:

- Previous pharmacy experience is a MUST (please do not apply without it)
- Experience with Fillware is a strong asset




- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Language preferred : English, Hindi, Gujarati
