Pharmacy Manager – Cates Pharmasave | Bowen Island, BC

$65–$70/hour | 2–3 Days/Week | $5,000 Bonus | Ferry Costs Covered

Cates Pharmasave is a locally owned community pharmacy on beautiful Bowen Island, and we're looking for an experienced pharmacist to take on a Pharmacy Manager / responsibility role for just 2–3 days per week.

We're approximately a 20-minute ferry ride from Horseshoe Bay in West Vancouver, with ferry service throughout the day — and we'll cover your ferry commuting costs.

Whether you're based in West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Squamish, Whistler, Pemberton, Gibsons, Sechelt or another nearby community, we're open to building a schedule that works for the right pharmacist.

This is an opportunity to take on a meaningful leadership position without giving up five days of your week.

- $65–$70/hour, depending on experience

Instead of sitting in city traffic, step onto the ferry, grab a coffee and cross Howe Sound.

Cates Pharmasave will cover your ferry commuting costs.

For pharmacists already living on the North Shore or along the Sea-to-Sky and surrounding coastal communities,



we'd be happy to discuss scheduling that makes the commute practical.

About You

We're looking for a pharmacist who:

- Is licensed and in valuable standing with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia
- Has strong community pharmacy and patient-care skills
- Is comfortable providing leadership and taking responsibility for pharmacy operations
- Values building genuine relationships with patients
- Communicates well and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team
- Takes pride in maintaining high professional and regulatory standards

Previous management experience is an asset, but we're also interested in speaking with experienced pharmacists who are ready to take the next step into leadership. Most importantly, we're looking for the right person for our pharmacy and our community.
