As Pharmacy

Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of an established community pharmacy, lead and develop a high-performing team, and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care. The pharmacy offers strong operational support, pharmacist overlap, experienced support staff,



and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both the team and the continued success of the pharmacy. Lead and support the pharmacy team in delivering exceptional patient care.

Oversee the day-to-day operations, workflow, and overall performance of the pharmacy. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, professional, and organizational standards. Mentor, coach, and develop pharmacists and pharmacy support staff.

Drive business growth through leadership, service development, and community engagement. Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as a Pharmacist in Manitoba. Previous leadership or pharmacy management experience preferred.
