Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Computer & Phone Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in computer hardware, mobile devices, software troubleshooting under various operating systems.

Duties

- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on computers, phones and tablets devices
- Install and configure operating systems such as Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android
- Analyze system logs to identify potential issues
- Repair or replace damaged computer parts
- Provide technical support to customers in a retail sales environment
- Create and interpret schematics for computer systems
- Utilize hand tools to disassemble and assemble computer components
- Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
- Keep the workstation organized and inventory well-stocked.




- Manage sales of brand-new and refurbished devices.
- Assist customers in selecting phone plans, accessories, and devices.

Skills

- Proficiency in Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android operating systems
- Solid knowledge of computer hardware components
- Ability to analyze and diagnose technical issues
- Experience with mobile devices troubleshooting
- Familiarity with hand tools for computer repairs

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Flexible language requirement

- French not required

- Phone/ Computer Repair: 1 year (required)
