In this full time position, you will assist in the comprehensive management of the golf course and its grounds. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and hands-on management, where you'll supervise daily conditions and train staff on operational safety. Key Responsibilities:
• Advise the Superintendent on daily course conditions • Implement ClubLink’s safety and maintenance policies • Facilitate training on machinery and operational protocols • Ensure equipment and property are maintained professionally • Assist in pesticide and fertilizer management strategies
Requirements: • Degree or diploma in turf management with a minimum of 2 years • Valid license as an Ontario Landscape Exterminator • Organized and proactive working attitude • Flexible availability for varied hours each day • Knowledge of irrigation systems and control repairs
