CHIMO is on the lookout for a skilled and creative Life Program Coordinator to enhance our LIFE Program. This role involves program development, group facilitation, and supporting youth in their emotional well-being and transition to adulthood. You will engage in team-oriented efforts with families and community partners to create a nurturing environment for young people.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop engaging LIFE Program activities and group sessions
• Plan life skills, emotional regulation, and career readiness programming




• Build therapeutic relationships to encourage youth participation
• Coordinate community activities and events for youth engagement
• Evaluate program effectiveness through participant feedback
Requirements:
• Diploma in Child and Youth Care or related field
• Minimum two years of experience with youth or families
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
• Positive Criminal Record Check and Child Intervention Record Check
