Duties

- Assist physiotherapists in implementing treatment plans by preparing treatment areas and equipment
- Support patients during therapy sessions through guidance and encouragement
- Monitor patient progress and report observations to the supervising physiotherapist
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions, treatments, and progress notes
- Ensure all therapy spaces are clean, organized, and ready for daily use




- Educate patients on exercises and self-care techniques to promote ongoing recovery
- Adhere to hospital protocols, safety standards, and medical terminology guidelines during all activities

Requirements

- Prior hospital experience or exposure to acute care environments is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practices
- Demonstrated commitment to patient care with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and clinical priorities
- Must be detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- A genuine passion for helping others recover and regain independence
