We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Piano Teacher Assistant to join our vibrant music education team. Responsibilities

- Assist lead piano teachers during lessons by setting up instruments, materials, and lesson plans to ensure smooth instructional flow
- Support students with their practice routines, providing encouragement and gentle guidance to enhance their learning experience
- Help maintain a welcoming classroom environment that is safe, organized, and conducive to creative exploration
- Engage with children during lessons by fostering motivation, patience, and positive reinforcement
- Participate in classroom activities that promote musical development, including warm-up exercises and interactive learning games




- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as scheduling lessons and tracking student progress
- Contribute to creating a supportive atmosphere that encourages early childhood education and musical curiosity

Experience

- Prior tutoring or teaching experience, preferably in music or early childhood education
- Experience working with children in educational or classroom settings
- Knowledge of piano playing and basic music theory is beneficial but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques and creating engaging lesson plans
- Ability to communicate effectively with young learners and their families
- Previous experience in cooking or preparing snacks is a plus, supporting the holistic development of students during lessons or breaks
