Duties

- Prepare and assemble pizza dough, toppings, and sauces with precision and care to ensure consistent quality.
- Cook pizzas and other menu items using ovens, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment while maintaining safety standards.
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and assembling dishes efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring all food handling practices meet safety regulations.
- Serve guests promptly by delivering hot, fresh food with a friendly attitude, enhancing their dining experience.
- Follow all food safety protocols including proper storage, sanitation procedures,



and allergen awareness.
- Support team members during busy hours to ensure smooth service flow and uphold our commitment to excellent food service.

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation or cooking within a restaurant or food industry setting.
- Strong knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices.
- Excellent food service skills with a focus on delivering timely, quality meals to guests.
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently under pressure.
- Prior experience in pizza making or line cooking is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Good communication skills to work effectively with team members and serve customers warmly.
- Enthusiasm for learning new culinary techniques and contributing positively to a lively kitchen environment.
