Pizzaiolo

Drifter Brew Co. is looking for a Pizzaiolo to join our kitchen team. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in great pizza, works well in a fast-paced kitchen, and brings a positive, team-first attitude to every shift.

What You’ll Do

- Prepare, stretch, top, and cook pizzas to Drifter standards
- Work with our brick oven to produce consistent, high-quality pizzas
- Prepare dough, sauces, toppings, and other pizza station ingredients
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station
- Follow food safety, sanitation, portioning, and recipe standards
- Work alongside the kitchen team during busy services
- Assist with prep and other kitchen duties when needed

What We’re Looking For




- Pizza-making or professional kitchen experience is an asset
- Experience with high-temperature or brick ovens is a plus
- Comfortable working in a busy, team-oriented kitchen
- Strong attention to quality and consistency
- Reliable, organized, and ready to hustle
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
