We're looking for a passionate, reliable, and hardworking Pizzaiolo / Neapolitan Pizza Maker to join our growing team. We currently operate from our authentic stone-fired pizza trailer while preparing to open our new restaurant location in Leduc.

Responsibilities

- Hand-stretch authentic Neapolitan pizza dough.
- Top pizzas using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
- Bake pizzas in our stone-fired oven.
- Assist with dough preparation and fermentation.
- Help with food prep, including slicing vegetables and preparing ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
- Work as part of a positive, fast-paced team.

Requirements




- Experience as a pizza maker or in a commercial kitchen is an asset.
- Neapolitan pizza experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Available to work evenings and weekends.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
