Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plant Operator to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy machinery and equipment to support construction, manufacturing, or industrial processes. Your expertise will ensure secure, efficient, and reliable plant operations while adhering to all safety standards and environmental regulations.

Duties

- Operate heavy machinery including dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, cranes, and Caterpillar equipment to perform site preparation, material handling, and construction tasks
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of construction sites or industrial facilities by moving materials and clearing debris
- Follow detailed operational procedures for each piece of equipment, ensuring proper use and safety protocols are maintained




- Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks efficiently and meet project deadlines
- Monitor site conditions, report hazards or malfunctions promptly, and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Maintain accurate logs of equipment usage, maintenance activities, and safety checks

Experience

- Proven experience operating heavy equipment such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, or cranes in construction or industrial settings
- Strong mechanical knowledge of heavy machinery operation and troubleshooting techniques
- Familiarity with construction processes and site safety standards
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred for operating certain vehicles or transporting equipment
- Hands-on experience with farm machinery or similar mechanical equipment is a plus
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety awareness
- Prior experience working with Caterpillar or similar heavy machinery is highly desirable

Pay: Up to $8,410.78 per month
