In this role, you'll be responsible for transforming the production plan into a realistic and optimized schedule to ensure an efficient production pace, anticipate constraints, and propose solutions that help meet deadlines and optimize resources. Your expertise will directly contribute to the performance of our manufacturing operations. You'll work closely with the production, planning, and procurement teams.In this role, you will have the chance to:Schedule production orders in the ERP system according to the priorities established by the planning departmentCoordinate the production of equipment and components under your responsibilityAnalyze workloads and manufacturing capacity to ensure an efficient production flowIdentify bottlenecks, anticipate constraints, and propose solutions to minimize impacts on lead timesEvaluate outsourcing opportunities to optimize costs, lead times, and the use of internal resourcesAnalyze production variances (delays, overloads, material shortages) and coordinate corrective actionsEnsure effective management of critical or time-sensitive raw materials to minimize losses and financial impactsGenerate and analyze performance metrics related to capacity, lead times, and productivityUse operational data and analytical tools (Excel, ERP-"Infor")
