We are currently seeking a Corporate Director of Finance for a maternity leave replacement of approximately 1.5 years. We are looking for a strategic and unifying leader to ensure the financial health of the Group and support its growth.Reporting to the President and the Executive Committee, the Corporate Director of Finance is responsible for ensuring the financial health of the Group by providing accurate information for decision-making, guaranteeing compliance with laws and regulations as well as the Group's values, and ensuring the profitability of the company. treasury and payrollLeadership and team managementRecruit, train and mentor the finance teamCoordinate daily activities and month-end reportsBudget, treasury and financingLead the budget process and variance analysisManage treasury, working capital and financing filesControl, compliance and payrollEnsure internal control, tax compliance and auditsDirect payroll processing and control of the salary massManage relationships with business partners: governments, banks, insurers and suppliersRequired qualificationsUndergraduate university degree in accounting, finance or any other related fieldMinimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant experience, including significant experience in a controller, financial management or head-of-finance role within an SMESolid experience in financial planning, budgets, forecasting and the production of financial statementsExperience in systems implementation, continuous improvement and process optimizationExperience in process improvement, internal controls and financial performance optimizationExperience in team management and talent developmentAbility to work directly with senior management and present explicit recommendationsFlexible, precise person able to work under pressureGood team spirit and excellent interpersonal skillsHospitality experience an assetPerfectly bilingual (French and English) — required due to regular interactions with an international clientele and partnersKnowledge of the Dayforce payroll system (an asset)We thank all applicants for their interest in Groupe Hôtelier Grand Château.
