Required The AI Risk Management and Governance team oversees the development, deployment and use of analytical, algorithmic and artificial intelligence models. Our goal is to maximize the value of data while ensuring it’s used ethically, responsibly and securely for the benefit of our members and clients. As a Senior Advisor, AI Model Risk, you’ll perform specialized analyses, provide expert advice and recommendations and help advance the practices, tools and standards that support AI model risk management. You’ll serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to governance teams, business units, analytics teams and other stakeholders involved throughout the AI system lifecycle. More specifically, you will be required to:
Perform model risk assessments and produce the required risk opinions
Evaluate AI systems and vendor solutions that incorporate AI components
Challenge risk ratings and proposed mitigation measures
Contribute to the implementation of model risk governance requirements and work closely with model risk oversight teams
Participate in the oversight of the AI systems portfolio and the monitoring of identified issues
Develop and maintain tools, methodologies and key risk indicators for model risk management
Maintain awareness of industry best practices and regulatory requirements

What You Bring To The Table
Bachelor's degree in in risk management, model validation or governance, advanced analytics or artificial intelligence
A minimum of six years of relevant experience
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Knowledge of French is required
Proficiency in analysis, communication, and synthesis techniques
Knowledge of issues related to model risk management, responsible AI and AI systems governance
Knowledge of relevant legislation (e.g., Law 25, Artificial Intelligence and Data Act, etc.)
