Job Title: Senior Azure Platform Engineer

Duration: Long Term Contract

Location: Toronto, Canada

We are looking for a Senior Azure Platform Engineer to design, build, secure, and support highly scalable Azure cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Azure networking, Terraform, DevOps, security, and cloud operations in large enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and manage Azure cloud infrastructure and platform services.
- Configure and support Azure VNET, NSG, Firewall, Private Endpoints, Load Balancers, and hybrid connectivity.
- Build and manage infrastructure using Terraform / Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Implement Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automation.
- Manage Azure security using RBAC, Managed Identities, Key Vault, and Defender for Cloud.
- Monitor Azure environments, including logging, alerting, performance, availability, and cost optimization.




- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and improve platform reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Support cloud modernization and infrastructure automation initiatives.
- Work closely with engineering, security, and application teams to deliver secure and reliable cloud solutions.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in Azure Platform / Infrastructure Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Azure networking and hybrid connectivity.
- Strong Terraform / IaC experience.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Git, and automation.
- Valuable knowledge of Azure security and identity services.
- Experience with Azure monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, scalability, and high availability.
- Experience in large enterprise or banking environments is preferred.
