Licensed Plumber with Gas Licence – Residential & Commercial Service

The Role

This position is ideal for an experienced plumber with strong residential and commercial service knowledge, along with a solid understanding of plumbing and heating systems.

You should be comfortable diagnosing problems, completing repairs and installations, working on renovation and new construction projects, and communicating professionally with customers.

Typical work includes

- Residential and commercial plumbing service and repair
- Fixture installation and replacement
- Leak diagnosis and repair
- Hot water tank installation and service
- Waterline repairs and repiping
- Drain cleaning
- Heating service and installation
- Gas appliance and gas piping work
- Plumbing rough-ins
- Residential and commercial renovations
- Commercial new construction
- Providing estimates for repairs and installations

Required Skills & Experience
- Valid 306A Plumbing Licence
- Valid G2 Gas Technician Licence or higher
- Valid Ontario G driver's licence
- Residential and commercial service plumbing experience
- Drain cleaning experience
- Plumbing rough-in experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Heating experience
- WHMIS
- Working at Heights certification

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Responding to residential and commercial plumbing and heating service calls
- Diagnosing plumbing and heating issues
- Completing plumbing, heating, and gas installations and repairs
- Working on residential and commercial renovations
- Working on commercial new construction projects
- Providing customers with repair and replacement options
- Preparing estimates when required
- Delivering genuine, professional customer service
- Completing light administrative work to ensure jobs are accurately documented and invoiced

Schedule
- Full-time
- 5 days per week
- Permanent position

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $38.00–$44.00 per hour
