As the Manager of Policy, you will oversee key functions within the Policy, Legislation and Communications Division while collaborating with senior management and the Minister.

- Develop and coordinate policy functions within the department

- Lead and mentor a team of Senior Policy Advisors

- Negotiate and communicate with various stakeholders effectively Requirements:
- An undergraduate plus graduate law or social sciences degree
- Minimum 5 years of progressive policy experience
- At least 2 years in Aboriginal rights or intergovernmental relations
- Demonstrated supervisory leadership for one year
