• Manage and negotiate Outside Counsel Guidelines and policies

• Support in drafting agreements and providing legal advice
• Conduct research on legal and regulatory updates
Requirements:
• Juris Doctor and good standing with Law Society of Ontario
• 3-4 years experience in a leading law firm or legal department
• Experience in negotiating commercial agreements and policies
• Demonstrated ability to conduct engaging presentations
• Strong stakeholder management and client-service skills
