Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook food products as per direction
• Set up mise en place for high volume production
• Clean kitchen equipment following safety policies




• Label, date, and store food and beverages properly
• Communicate maintenance issues to the supervisor
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a restaurant cook or prep cook
• Food Safety Certification required
• Certificate from a recognized cooking school
• Excellent understanding of cooking methods and procedures
• Ability to work independently and within a team
