In this key role, you will report to the Pharmacy Operations Manager and focus on developing and delivering effective training tailored to pharmacy professionals. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct training sessions on pharmacy management and dispensing software • Design comprehensive training resources,



including e-learning modules • Assess ongoing training gaps and system proficiency • Support pharmacy staff during system upgrades and transitions • Track and evaluate training effectiveness and proficiency metrics

Requirements: • Certificate from an accredited Pharmacy Technician program • Experience with Pharmacy Management Systems, including Kroll • 2+ years of training experience in a healthcare setting • Robust adult learning and facilitation skills • Understanding of pharmacy regulations and standards
