Job Description

In this role, you will:

- Collect performance data from various sources and ensure its quality, consistency and accuracy.
- Design, develop and maintain databases, dashboards and performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess progress against company objectives.
- Analyze performance using statistical tools (Skywise, PowerBI, Python) to identify trends, anomalies and root causes of performance issues.
- Prepare and present clear reports and data visualizations to stakeholders, making data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
- Collaborate with various departments (Operations, Quality, Finance,



HR) to optimize performance and contribute to strategic planning and improvement initiatives.
- Participate in the development of forecasting models, conduct scenario analyses and document data processes.

Qualifications & Experience

- Relevant experience in data analysis, performance measurement or a similar role.
- Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools such as PowerBI, Skywise, Python or R.
- Knowledge of data warehouses, cloud analytics or performance management platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience conducting root‑cause analyses.
- Ability to communicate complex results clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Experience defining KPIs and creating measurement frameworks.
