Key Responsibilities: • Deliver education and health promotion activities • Facilitate outreach and community development efforts • Build effective partnerships with community organizations • Assist with communication and program awareness • Oversee data collection and reporting tasks

Requirements: • Relevant post-secondary education • At least 3 years in community health or outreach roles • Robust facilitation and communication abilities • Understanding of health equity principles • Familiarity with specific Etobicoke community needs
