Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Broker (P&C; Sales) at Rai Grant Insurance Brokers- Mississauga Branch.

- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions
- Assess clients' risk profiles and recommend suitable insurance products and coverage options
- Collaborate with insurance underwriters to negotiate terms and premiums on behalf of clients
- Keep up-to‑date with industry trends, policy changes,



and regulatory requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally

Qualifications

- RIBO licensed
- Min. one year industry experience
- Customer Service experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in sales and client relationship management
