KW Habilitation invites applications for a part time Registered Behaviour Analyst role. You will work closely with stakeholders to provide clinical interventions and support individuals with developmental disabilities. This role focuses on fostering independence and positive behaviour through strategic planning and collaboration with a clinical team led by the Clinical Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directly intervene with clients using ABA techniques
• Collaborate to create and implement Behaviour Support Plans
• Offer training to staff and facilitate workshops
• Present on ABA strategies at various events
Requirements:
• Active RBA registration with the College
• Relevant master’s degree in behaviour analysis
• At least three years of behavioural analysis experience
• Familiarity with assessment methods
• Required personal transportation for client visits
