You will be responsible for processing donations from various channels and maintaining donor data integrity in Raiser's Edge (RE). Collaborate closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure compliance with CRA requirements and optimize gift processing efficiency. You'll also train staff on procedures and document key processes, playing a vital role in enhancing donor relations and operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and reconcile monthly donations accurately
• Generate CRA compliant receipts and manage donor records




• Collaborate on fundraising campaigns ensuring data integrity
• Provide training for gift administration processes
• Analyze current processes for automation opportunities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in relevant fields
• 2-4 years experience with Raiser's Edge or similar tools
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail oriented and excellent communication skills
