Previous experience with water damage mitigation & restoration
Previous experience with mold remediation
Previous experience with fire & smoke damage cleanup, mitigation and repair
Possess a sense of urgency and a positive attitude
Strong work ethics
Attention to details
Pass drug test and background check
Meet the team and the clients to scope the project. Create accurate estimates, based on visual inspection.
Ability to negotiation with insurances companies on losses
Negotiation and agreements with customers
Ability to work with specific deadlines
Qualified demeanor and appearance
Attend training courses
Be proactive conveying information and be immediately responsive to requests for information
