Responsibilities

- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate pool installation.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and machinery safely and efficiently during all phases of construction.
- Prepare sites by performing excavation, grading, concrete forming, masonry, and concrete finishing tasks.
- Install plumbing systems, electrical components, and other mechanical elements essential for pool functionality.
- Execute caulking, tile laying, flooring installation, cabinet installation, and construction painting to achieve high-quality finishes.
- Manage restoration work as needed to ensure the project meets safety standards and client expectations.




- Collaborate with team members on estimating project costs and timelines to ensure efficient project completion.

Skills

- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics for precise installation.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation with safety as a priority.
- Construction experience with expertise in concrete forming, masonry, welding, plumbing, electrical work, and tile laying.
- Knowledge of construction estimating processes to assist in project planning.
- Ability to perform concrete finishing and restoration work with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with carpentry tasks such as cabinet installation and flooring setup.
- Experience in construction painting and masonry enhances versatility on job sites.
- Strong understanding of schematics related to electrical systems and plumbing layouts.
