What we are looking for:

- Proven Sales Expertise: You must be skilled at selling and, most importantly, closing. We need a powerhouse who knows how to move a prospect from interest to installation.
- Industry Knowledge: A general knowledge of swimming pools and high-end landscaping products is essential.
- Proactive Lead Generation: While we provide support, you must have your own systems in place to generate and nurture leads.



We want someone who doesn’t just wait for the phone to ring but goes out and makes it happen.
- Experience: Previous experience in pool sales or home improvement sales ishighly preferred.
