Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Post Construction Cleaners to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for transforming newly completed construction sites into pristine, ready-to-occupy spaces. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to quality will ensure that every surface is spotless, debris-free, and compliant with safety standards.

Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial and residential construction sites after project completion, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Remove debris, leftover materials, and construction waste from the site to ensure a clean and safe setting.
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, fixtures, and appliances to meet high standards of cleanliness.
- Use appropriate cleaning tools and chemicals safely and effectively while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to prioritize cleaning tasks based on project timelines.




- Inspect work areas to ensure all surfaces are cleaned to company standards and identify any additional cleaning needs.
- Maintain cleaning equipment in good working condition and report any maintenance issues promptly.

Skills

- Proven custodial or cleaning experience, preferably in commercial or post construction environments.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and thoroughness.
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable time management skills to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Familiarity with the proper handling and disposal of construction debris and hazardous materials is a plus.
