Duties

- Efficiently clean and sanitize all event areas, including tables, chairs, floors, and surfaces after each event or function
- Wash dishes, utensils, glassware, cookware, and serviceware using commercial dishwashing equipment or by hand as needed
- Dispose of waste and recyclables responsibly, ensuring proper sorting and removal
- Restock supplies such as napkins, utensils, and cleaning materials to prepare for upcoming events
- Assist with setup and breakdown of event spaces when required, ensuring all areas are left in pristine condition




- Follow health and safety protocols diligently to maintain a hygienic environment at all times
- Support food handling and preparation tasks if necessary, adhering to food safety standards in collaboration with kitchen staff

Requirements

- Prior experience in cleaning, food service, or restaurant environments is highly desirable
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, food preparation, or cooking is a plus
- Strong understanding of sanitation practices and food handling safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting with attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards supporting hospitality operations
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is advantageous but not mandatory
