• Collaborate with compliance leaders to understand business objectives • Lead North Star metrics definition and alignment across departments • Document source-to-target mappings and requirement specifications • Explore data sources to identify gaps and quality issues • Work closely with Data Engineers to ensure smooth data pipeline operations

Requirements: • 4-8+ years’ experience as a Senior Analyst • Mastery of SQL, Python or R for data tasks • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills • Demonstrated experience with dashboard tools like PowerBI • Capable of handling technical and non-technical discussions
