Senior Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, Scheduling & Absence Specialist to support Canadian payroll and workforce solutions using Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, Scheduling, Absence, and Leave
Our enterprise client is seeking a
Senior Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, Scheduling & Absence Specialist to support Canadian payroll and workforce solutions using Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, Scheduling, Absence, and Leave Join a large-scale Workday transformation supporting payroll and workforce operations across Canada and international regions. This role supports a migration from UKG to Workday with a focus on testing, configuration, reporting, deployment, and issue resolution across Canadian Payroll, Time Tracking, Scheduling, Absence, and Leave functions. The project is preparing for parallel testing ahead of a planned Workday go-live in December 2026. The team requires senior Workday expertise to support testing timelines, validation activities, and knowledge transfer within a complex unionized setting. Absence and Leave Active Workday certifications
in relevant modules Hands-on expertise leading
E2E Testing ,

Parallel Testing Experience with
Advanced Reports ,
Matrix Reports , and
