Work as a Machine Operator in our Blanching workshop in Welland, Ontario. This role requires the production of high-precision tools, focusing on details and technical specifications.

The successful candidate will operate various manual machines while ensuring adherence to engineering drawings. You will be responsible for setup, offsets, and daily checks of machinery function. Must have a solid foundation in math and experience in a machine shop workplace, ideally with Blanching machines.

Key Responsibilities: • Setup machines according to specifications • Study engineering drawings for machining requirements • Verify completed tools for accuracy and quality • Align and secure tooling and fixtures • Perform routine machinery inspections

Requirements: • High school diploma or GED is required • Minimum of one year machine shop experience • Experience with Blanching Machines preferred • Strong math skills for operation accuracy • Ability to use measuring instruments effectively
