Alberta Health Services invites newly graduated Registered Nurses to join the Graduate Nurse Transition Pilot Program (GNTPP) for a 12‑month period. Phase 1 offers enhanced orientation as a supernumerary with a Clinical Guide to develop a personalized learning plan.
Phase 2 provides independent practice with mentor support; after transition, you may apply for vacant positions of at least 0.5 FTE in similar units, sites or offices.
