Position Overview: Compugen is seeking a visionary Practice Leader, Apple to lead, scale, and transform our national Apple business unit. This is a senior leadership role operating on a hybrid schedule, with a strong geographic preference for candidates based in Ontario (working out of our Richmond Hill facilities).

You will own the overarching business strategy for our Apple practice. This includes driving high-growth financial targets, building elite technical teams, and defining how Compugen positions Apple lifecycle services in the up-to-date workplace. You will act as the principal executive liaison between Compugen leadership, our enterprise clients, and Apple Canada. Key Responsibilities: Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy &

- Thought Leadership

- Architect GTM Strategy: Define, launch, and refine the commercial strategy for Apple hardware, software, and managed lifecycle services.
- Market Differentiation:



Package specialized services around Apple Business Manager, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and Device-as-a-Service (DaaS).
- Industry Evangelism: Act as the primary public-facing expert, representing Compugen at industry events and Apple-centric forums.

Revenue Growth &

- Market Expansion

- Own the P&L;: Drive national gross revenue and margin targets for the Apple practice across all major streams.
- Enterprise Penetration: Partner with account executives to convert legacy Windows/PC corporate environments into modern Mac-as-a-Choice workplaces.
- Education Leadership: Expand Compugen's footprint in K-12 and Higher Education markets through specialized procurement frameworks and pedagogical technology alignment.

Talent Acquisition &

- Team Capability

- Inform Strategic Hires: Collaborate with HR and technical leaders to recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing architects, engineers, and sales specialists.
- Skill Development: Establish training pathways to ensure the delivery team maintains top-tier Apple, Jamf, and automated deployment certifications.
- Culture Builder: Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-accountability environment across a distributed team.

Strategic Alliances

- Apple Relationship Management: Serve as the executive point of contact for Apple Canada’s commercial, channel sales, and engineering teams.
- Ecosystem Alignment: Deepen strategic partnerships with key third-party vendor ecosystems, specifically MDM providers (e.g., Jamf, Microsoft Intune, Kandji).

Skills &

Qualifications

- Experience:



8+ years of progressive leadership experience within an IT consultancy, GSI, VAR, or managed services provider.
- Domain Expertise: Deep, verifiable success managing an Apple-centric enterprise or commercial business unit.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of owning and exceeding multi-million dollar P&L; and revenue growth targets.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Canadian IT procurement landscape, specifically commercial enterprise spaces and provincial educational purchasing boards.
- Technical Foundation: Solid understanding of Apple frameworks, lifecycle management, and security compliance (Jamf Pro certifications are a strong asset).
- Location: Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and reside in Ontario, with the ability to commute to a local Compugen office on a hybrid basis.
