Working closely with clients, you will understand their needs, identify opportunities where AI can add value, and shape practical solutions that deliver measurable impact. This role combines business insight, problem-solving, and strong stakeholder engagement to help clients unlock the full potential of AI.What will you be doing?Conduct market, industry, and organisational analysis to identify opportunities where AI and emerging technologies can create measurable business valueSupport the design and implementation of AI-enabled solutions that integrate into client environments and drive long-term adoptionContribute to transformation programmes by coordinating activities, supporting stakeholders, and helping implement new ways of working, including AI-driven process improvementsTranslate business priorities into practical AI use cases, helping shape roadmaps and recommendations aligned to organisational goalsDeliver high-quality client deliverables including analyses, progress updates, presentations, and proposals, ensuring deadlines and milestones are metBuild strong relationships with clients and internal teams to support collaboration, change, and successful deliverySupport clients in exploring and applying Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions that improve decision-making, operations,
and innovationContribute to capability building and help organisations embed AI ways of working and a data-driven cultureWhat ADAPTOVATE is looking for?Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related fieldMin. 4 years of experience in consulting, transformation, strategy, or a rapid-paced business environmentGood understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and emerging AI trends, with a focus on real business applicationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complexity into clear, actionable recommendationsExperience supporting process improvement, transformation, or operational change initiativesStrong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills, with confidence preparing materials and presenting to diverse audiencesFamiliarity with cloud and digital ecosystems (particularly Microsoft / Microsoft Azure) is beneficial, but deep technical expertise is not requiredHighly adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working across diverse client environments and teamsWillingness to travelWhat we offer?A generous EVP budget to support personal wellbeing, growth and trainings or vistis to our offices globally e.G.
